A deposit of £100 will secure the booking with the balance payable six weeks before your arrival date. We will do our best to re-let should you have to cancel but bookings are accepted on the basis that refunds are limited to making good the shortfall, if any, from a subsequent booking.

COVID REFUND POLICY

Should any booking for the Hoose have to be cancelled due to the introduction of government covid restrictions which prevent the booking being taken up, we will pay a full refund of all money paid by the guest.

Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday with guests departing by 10.00 am and arriving at 4.00 pm but we are happy to discuss bookings of less than a whole week and arrival or departure on other days.

The cost includes all gas, electricity etc. and all bed linen and towels are provided. For the information of less able guests it should be noted that there is a single step down into the hallway from the front door. There is ample on street parking immediately outside the property. The Hoose is a non smoking house.

Unfortunately we do not allow bookings with pets.

No parties or large gatherings. A maximum of 6 people can stay at the Hoose at any one time.
